Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through our platform Vibes Of Village.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the product has already been shipped or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
- No cancellations are allowed for perishable items such as flowers, food items, and similar goods.
Refunds for Perishable Items
For perishable items, refunds or replacements are only allowed if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not up to standard. The issue must be reported to our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving the product.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, report the issue to our customer service team within 12 hours of delivery.
- Once verified by the seller or merchant, a replacement or refund may be processed accordingly.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel the product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
Manufacturer Warranty Products
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer as per their warranty terms.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved by Vibes Of Village, the process may take up to 30 days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
