We offer a refund or exchange within the first 24 hours from the time of purchase. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

Defective or Damaged Products
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. To support your claim, an unboxing video is required as proof.

For approved return or exchange requests:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, the return or exchange will be processed as per our policy.
Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is due to reasons like personal dislike or non-utility of the product, the buyer must bear the return shipping charges.
- Returns can either be arranged through our pickup service or sent via a courier partner of your choice.
